Research Triangle Park Mid-Level Healthcare Fraud and Abuse
The candidate should have 3-6 years of experience with representing healthcare providers faced with fraud and abuse enforcement actions by the government and litigation stemming from those enforcement efforts. Experience with the False Claims Act, Stark Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statue is preferred will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
