Job Title: Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
A distinguished law firm based in Chandler, AZ, is currently seeking a driven and capable Litigation Associate Attorney to support its growing practice. This hybrid role provides a dynamic platform for litigators to develop hands-on experience in diverse matters, including wrongful death, personal injury, business disputes, premises liability, and related claims. Duties:

• Handle litigation matters from initiation through resolution

• Develop a case strategy and manage day-to-day legal workflow

• Draft legal pleadings, discovery documents, and motion practice

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda

• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations

• Collaborate with team members and senior attorneys on trial preparation

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties

• Maintain responsibility for assigned caseloads and deadlines

Requirements:

• 1 to 7+ years of experience in civil litigation within a law firm

• Newly admitted attorneys in Arizona are encouraged to apply

• Demonstrated ability in research, writing, and litigation motion practice

• Prior experience with depositions, court appearances, and mediations preferred

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and client management skills

• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership with the Arizona State Bar or eligible for admission by motion/reciprocity
