The candidate will accept the regular assignment of a substantial number of indigent defense cases in the firm’s Judicial Circuit. Will serve as the primary conflict defender option in the Superior Court for the circuit. Serve as the secondary option in said Court. Should preferably be experienced criminal defense lawyers with long term plans to remain in private practice.
