Duties

• Conduct pre-lawsuit investigations and case analysis.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Participate in motions and court appearances.
• Assist in arbitration, mediations, and trials.
• Provide counseling and advice work.
• Perform legal research and writing on various issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of extensive litigation experience.
• Experience representing insurance coverage companies.
• Strong work ethic and motivation.
• Effective project management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
