Duties:

• Draft and prosecute patent applications.

• Admission to a state bar.

• Admission with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical expertise is preferred.

Certifications:

• Admission to the USPTO.
