Duties

• Draft motions and supporting papers; prepare for and appear at hearings.
• Manage written discovery, including propounding and responding.
• Take and defend depositions of clients and fact witnesses.
• Represent clients at case management conferences and other court proceedings.
• Support trial teams with strategy development and trial documents.
• Mentor junior associates on drafting and case execution.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• California Bar license in good standing.
• 2-4 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong writing, organization, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a paperless environment and adopting new tools.
• Spanish bilingual skills a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited institution.
