Mid-level Associate
The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. Should preferably have 3-6 years of experience with derivatives products including interest rate swaps, foreign exchange, commodities and other derivatives products, and in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating ISDA documentation and other over-the-counter and cleared product documentation; and experience counseling clients on regulatory compliance. Experience in commercial lending, capital markets or cryptocurrency is a plus. Legal experience at a law firm or as in house counsel to a financial institution, investment bank or asset management firm is needed. Transactional experience with derivatives trading agreements is required.
