Duties

• Support and manage a wide variety of M&A and private equity deals.
• Draft M&A transaction documents.
• Conduct corporate due diligence projects.
• Manage complex transactions to closing.
• Apply corporate governance principles.
• Navigate federal securities laws.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant transactional experience.
• Experience in a mid to large law firm preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Georgia or eligibility to waive in.
