A Texas-based law firm with a strong reputation in family law is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney for its Fort Worth office. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, client-centered environment handling complex family law cases. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience, possess strong courtroom skills, and be comfortable managing a personal docket while working alongside an experienced team of legal professionals.

Location:

• Fort Worth, TX

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters from start to finish

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case developments and legal strategy

• Collaborate with legal staff to gather evidence and build strong case presentations

• Adhere to firm processes while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of family law experience in Texas

• Comfortable handling court appearances and mediations independently

• Proven ability to manage a full docket of cases

• Familiarity with case management systems and legal practice tools

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas

• In good standing with the Texas State Bar

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the Texas Family Code and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
