Duties

• Represent clients in corporate litigation matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
• Manage multiple litigation cases in a deadline-driven environment.
• Advise financial sponsors and strategic buyers/sellers in complex transactions.
• Stay informed on market practices and legal developments in private equity and M&A.

Requirements

• Current member in good standing of the Delaware Bar.
• Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
• Strong writing and research skills.
• Judicial clerks are encouraged to apply.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Delaware Bar.
