Assistant Attorney General
The candidate work for - Criminal Appeals Unit. Will be responsible for representing the State in criminal appellate cases before the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals and representing prison wardens in federal habeas actions. Must maintain the integrity of the Attorney General's Office as well as the confidentiality of information as required by the Attorney General. Should be Licensed attorney in the State of Oklahoma. Preference will be given to applicants with strong research and writing skills, as well as accomplished oral advocacy skills.
