McCurdy, Dean & Graditor, LLC, a distinguished boutique law firm located in downtown Frederick, Maryland, is seeking an experienced associate (2-5 years) to join our growing Real Property, Trusts and Estates practice.   We are looking for smart, collaborative candidates who love Frederick County, Maryland.  The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and analytical skills, proven ability to interact with clients in a caring and professional manner, and a demonstrated desire to become active in our local community.  Experience in trust and estate planning and administration, title and survey review, and /or real estate transactional and development documentation preferred.  Salary commensurate with experience.
