Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to corporate and cannabis law matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, and tax issues.
• Assist with due diligence investigations and transactional closings.
• Represent clients in negotiations, meetings, and other legal proceedings.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Colorado.
• 3-8 years of experience as a corporate attorney in a top-tier law firm.
• Experience or interest in cannabis law preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in the state of Colorado.
