Manages support functions in the office, providing oversight to support personnel, human resources, financial services, technology, facilities, records, and other day-to-day operations of the office; ensure compliance with Firmwide policies, relevant government statutes, and regulations; works closely with lawyers to meet evolving practice needs; manages office budgetary goals. Lead teams and projects effectively, troubleshoot operational issues, and communicate effectively on behalf of the Firm and Office. Maintains a positive and respectful work environment, mentors staff members in the performance of their duties, and fosters an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement.
