Duties

Requirements

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong litigation skills and desire to try cases.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
• Willingness to travel within California for court appearances and trials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Attorney License.

Skills

• Experience in insurance defense litigation preferred.
• Proficiency in taking depositions and examinations under oath.
• Track record of successful motion practice.
• Experience in developing case strategy with clients.
