Duties

• Advise on privacy and data processing in corporate transactions.
• Provide counsel on cybersecurity matters in technology deals.
• Support mergers and acquisitions and public offerings.
• Collaborate with clients in various industries, including AI and fintech.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in relevant legal fields.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions or technology transactions.
• Familiarity with technology industries and regulatory policy preferred.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• CIPP certification is a plus.
