Duties

• Attend daily court appearances, both in-person and virtual, for conferences and motions.
• Manage a caseload of litigated and non-litigated claims.
• Develop litigation strategies and oversee pleadings, discovery, and settlements.
• Collaborate with senior management and clients to resolve matters.
• Work with paralegals and support staff on legal demands.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the MA bar.
• Self-directed with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly.
• Team player with collaborative skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the MA bar.

Skills

• Experience in litigation or creditor's rights preferred.
