This role requires the ability to handle complex litigation matters, manage case preparation and presentation, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Duties:

• Manage litigation cases related to business, commercial, and real estate matters.
• Draft, review, and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Attend and participate in hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Lead negotiations for settlements.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure high-quality work and effective case strategy.
• Communicate regularly with clients to update them on case developments and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Active membership with the Florida Bar.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, and case management software.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in handling cases.
• Strong analytical skills with a business-focused approach to legal matters.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Florida Bar admission is required.

Skills:

• Litigation expertise in business, commercial, or real estate law.
• Skilled in drafting legal documents and pleadings.
• Experience in conducting depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Negotiation and settlement skills.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Word and case management software.
