Duties

• Engage in extensive client contact and maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances, and conferences.
• Participate in the firm's business development activities.
• Work with elderly individuals, individuals with disabilities, and their families.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in relevant practice areas.
• Experience in trusts and estates, elder law, guardianships, mental health law, Medicaid, and/or special needs planning is a plus.
• Admitted to practice law in New York.
• Comfortable working with diverse client populations.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• New York State Bar admission.
