Temporary Front of House Coordinator
The candidate welcomes and receives guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone. Signs for and distribute deliveries; answers or directs inquiries to appropriate person. Schedules meetings for New Haven office and other Withers Bergman offices through the global hospitality software and arranges conference rooms. Schedules visitor offices as needed. Maintains meeting rooms; monitors relevant supplies and facilitates use of Videoconference and other Audio Visual equipment. Maintains client confidence by keeping client/attorney information confidential. Performs other job related duties as assigned and assists attorneys when needed (e.g., ordering supplies, assisting with mail and FedEx).Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Should have 1-2 years as an administrative professional experience, preferably in a law firm, though experience in other professional service industries (engineering firms, accounting firms, architectural firms, etc.) is also acceptable.
