Duties

• Prepare legal pleadings for quiet title actions.

• Present cases in court related to quiet title actions.
• Perform legal research and offer practical legal solutions.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in good standing with the South Carolina Bar, or sitting for the SC Bar in 2025.
• Civil litigation experience preferred.
• Familiarity with South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Proactive team player with excellent organizational abilities.
• Community-minded, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
