Our Dallas office is seeking an ambitious Associate Attorney with at least 4 years of litigation experience to join our team! The ideal candidate will have prior experience in personal injury, construction defect, professional liability, and insurance coverage/bad faith.

As a Manning Kass Associate Attorney, you will confront a wide range of disputes, including professional liability, complex auto and comprehensive general liability claims; directors’ and officers’ liability policies; disputes among insurers in continuing loss scenarios; environmental damage claims, such as mold and toxic torts; first and third party claims; and intellectual property claims.

As a Manning Kass litigation attorney, you'll analyze, assess, and execute litigation strategies, communicate proactively with clients, and represent them in litigation proceedings such as hearings, motions, depositions, and mediations.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and current good standing with the Texas State Bar
• 4+ years experience in civil litigation
• Personal injury experience preference
• Construction law-related experience is a plus
• Insurance coverage/bad faith experience is also a plus
• Demonstrable experience researching, analyzing, deposing, and handling cases
• Detail-oriented with excellent writing, communication, and case analysis abilities

• Salary range of $100,000-$150,000 + bonus. Salary is commensurate with experience and education.
