Duties

• Analyze complex legal and factual issues and conduct thorough legal research.
• Develop and present defense strategies independently on behalf of clients.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs.
• Provide timely communications and legal advice to clients and claims personnel.
• Communicate effectively with the court, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Ensure efficient and effective disposition of assigned cases.
• Prepare and present witnesses and evidence at trials and hearings.

Requirements

• J.D. and admission to the PA bar; admission in NJ or DE is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance defense or related setting.
• Litigation experience, including depositions and motion preparation.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent work ethic.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
