Duties

• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and related agreements.
• Handle transfer consents, lender subordination agreements, work letters, and SNDAs.
• Collaborate on zoning, entitlements, and permit processes.
• Engage in data center construction, development, and financing projects.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of commercial leasing experience.
• Experience with service level agreements preferred.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of resident office location.

Skills

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Comprehensive understanding of power, water, and fiber-optic infrastructure.
