Seeking Senior Trusts & Estates Attorney with 15+ years of relevant law firm experience. The candidate will have extensive experience with high net worth clients and in drafting, reviewing, and advising on revocable and irrevocable trusts, Wills, GRATs, and other estate planning documents, in addition to experience handling complex probate and trust administrations. Will have a thorough understanding of gift and estate tax, as well as experience with gift and estate tax returns. Will be expected to manage a small team. Top tier academic credentials and California license required. Some portable business is a definite plus.
