Duties:

• Handle all aspects of insurance coverage litigation, including professional liability, general liability, and directors' and officers' insurance policies.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and discovery requests.
• Manage all facets of discovery, including motions and responses.
• Conduct depositions and attend court appearances as needed.
• Manage cases independently while collaborating with a team for strategic case development.
• Engage in business development and client management.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• Experience in drafting legal documents, managing discovery, and handling depositions and court appearances.
• Strong client management and business development skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated superior research and writing skills.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Excellent academic credentials.
