Collaborates across multiple subject areas to ensure processes and procedures are well detailed. Essential Job Functions:Collaborate and communicate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve the customer journey and the end-user experience.Collaborate and assess, mentor, and implement various tools to facilitate a flawless sales and renewal process.Support and advise the Sales & AM team with the onboarding process and provide areas of opportunity to improve the team's knowledge and best practices.Partner with Insurance Operations to improve the delivery of insurance training.Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.Tracking and reporting on operational performanceMaintaining policy and procedure documentsQualifications:Education/Experience :Bachelor's degree in business or relevant area of studyPrevious experience working in sales and understanding the difficulties experienced by salespeoplePrevious experience in sales, insurance, and marketing with an understanding of presenting brand and product vision and roadmapContent creation experience building assets and materials that are externally facing and can be used by the sales team to facilitate their sales cycleDemonstrate a proven understanding of training techniques and standard methodologies for onboarding or embracing new technologiesTechnical:Basic digital literacy, G suite preferred, and Salesforce a plus.Strong ability to communicate via email and phone.People leadership skillsStrong technical/underwritingAdvanced research skillsDemonstrates AgilitySupports Revenue goalsExerts Operational Decision makingExhibits Resourceful Communication Professional: Ability to build positive relationships, initiate action and adjust to change are key attributes of this roleDemonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsCreative problem solver with strong analytical skills; self-motivated; excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to take the initiative to collect and use customer feedback to identify both needs and opportunitiesQuality Assurance - Monitors underwriting quality through quarterly audits, referral interactions, and Corporate Underwriting auditsEvaluates customer concerns and provide recommendations for improvementAides in the reduction of E&O exposure through team monitoringHow we support our colleagues:In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
