The candidate will oversee both our Dallas and New Orleans offices. Ensure the ongoing productivity and effectiveness of our staff team. Hiring/termination of all administrative staff; E-Time reporting. Accounting supervision, including invoicing, check requests, and vendor expense processing. Document management supervision, calendaring, filing, indexing and drafting correspondences. Manage ordering of supplies for the office, closed files, and local webinars. Manage office workload in conjunction with utilization of the firm's administrative support services. Provide general IT support in conjunction with firm's help desk as necessary. Coordinate general office services with building management and local facilities management services. Some Travel Required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Should have 5+ years’ experience handling office management responsibilities in a professional services firm. Law firm experience is a plus.
