Duties

• Handle residential and commercial property foreclosure actions.
• Manage commercial collection actions.
• Enforce mortgages and other security interests in New York.
• Assist with loan workouts and Article 9 foreclosure proceedings.
• Participate in mortgage loan purchase and sale transactions.

Requirements

• State court litigation experience.
• Experience with residential and commercial foreclosure actions.
• Experience in commercial collection actions.
• NY Bar admission required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
