Duties

• Represent purchasers, sellers, servicers, creditors, and borrowers in structured finance transactions.
• Draft and negotiate primary transaction documents and agreements.
• Communicate with clients and transaction counterparties.
• Collaborate with team members to manage closings.
• Support the practice as needed.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of law firm experience in structured finance.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of New York and in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
