Duties

• Provide guidance on data protection and AI-related legal issues.
• Engage in healthcare regulatory counseling and transactions.
• Draft and negotiate complex legal documents.
• Lead projects and manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with healthcare providers and digital health companies.
• Knowledge of healthcare fraud and abuse laws, such as Stark and anti-kickback statutes.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and lead projects independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
