Duties

• Engage in energy regulatory matters and energy-related litigation.
• Conduct insightful research and analysis.

• Provide regulatory, counseling, and litigation expertise.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in energy regulatory or litigation matters.
• Experience with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) preferred.
• Strong writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to assume immediate responsibility.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar, active and in good standing, or ability to waive in.
