The candidate will join a law firm that advocates for the rights of farmworkers, farmworker families and the Latino community in California, across the U.S., and internationally. Candidate will primarily litigate in the areas of labor and employment law, with a focus on representing Spanish-speaking farm workers, or farm workers that speak indigenous languages from Mexico in wage and hour employment cases, sexual harassment cases, employment discrimination cases, and labor organizing matters. Contribute to various advocacy efforts, including: civil employment law litigation in state and federal courts; Agricultural Labor Relations Board and National Labor Relations Board; Workplace Health and Safety; Collective Bargaining and Unionization; Sexual Harassment and Employment Discrimination; Retaliation and Illegal Termination; and Legislation.
