Duties

• Negotiate settlements and parenting plans professionally.
• Collaborate with legal support staff for efficient case management.
• Maintain organized case files and billing records.
• Stay current on changes in family law statutes and procedures.
• Exhibit empathy and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
• Participate in firm meetings and client development initiatives.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Georgia.
• 2+ years of family law experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Proficiency in case management and legal billing software is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Georgia.
