Duties

• Manage patent litigation cases, including contentions and Markman hearings.
• Conduct written and oral fact and expert discovery.
• Collaborate with engineers and developers on technical details.
• Interact confidently with major tech industry clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of patent litigation experience.
• Experience in case management and client interaction.
• U.S. bar membership required.
• Registration to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office preferred.

Education

• Degree in technology-related engineering, applied physics, mathematics, or computer science.
• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• U.S. bar membership.
• USPTO registration preferred.

Skills

• Strong technical understanding and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex litigation cases.
• Confidence in client interactions.
