Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year + case handling incentive bonuses

What You’ll Do

As a Litigation Associate in our First Party Insurance/Property Damage group, you will:

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to represent clients in complex insurance coverage disputes.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and craft strategic arguments in high-stakes cases.
• Draft legal documents and motions, attend depositions, argue motions, and manage client communications.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings, with opportunities to second-seat trials.
• Drive settlement negotiations and effectively manage multiple cases, ensuring top-notch client service.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2-7+ years in insurance coverage and/or general liability litigation. Construction, property damage, or personal injury experience is a plus.
• Skillset: Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom skills, with demonstrated ability in depositions and motion arguments.
• Credentials: JD from an accredited law school, admitted to the New York Bar (New Jersey admission a plus).
• Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
