A law firm seeks a highly qualified Of Counsel attorney in Scottsdale, AZ, with 3-10 years of experience in corporate, transactional, and outside general counsel practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in corporate practice and experience with a wide range of commercial agreements.

Duties

• Draft and review corporate formation and governance documents.
• Prepare and negotiate loan documents and commercial agreements.
• Handle independent contractor and employment agreements.
• Manage leases and licensing agreements.
• Act as outside general counsel for clients.

Requirements

• 3-10 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with closely held businesses and serial entrepreneurs preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
