Location:

• Fort Worth, Texas

Duties:

• Represent clients in a variety of family law matters, including divorce, custody, spousal maintenance, and asset division

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and settlement proposals

• Conduct legal research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Texas family law statutes

• Present cases in court hearings and trials with professionalism and clarity

• Counsel clients on legal options, strategy, and progress throughout their cases

• Work closely with paralegals and administrative staff for effective case management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in family law

• Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload independently

• Passion for helping clients navigate difficult personal and legal issues

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and balance competing demands

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Texas and in good standing

Skills:

• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills

• Excellent verbal communication and courtroom advocacy abilities

• High level of professionalism, empathy, and discretion

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
