Duties:

• Handle premises/general liability, construction, and auto/trucking matters for clients.
• Conduct complex discovery processes effectively.
• Prepare law and motion documents and status/evaluation reports.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Participate in litigation and arbitration proceedings.
• Assist with trials as needed.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in premises/general liability, construction, and auto/trucking matters.
• Admitted to the Pennsylvania bar.
• Experience in complex discovery, law and motion, and status and evaluation reporting.
• Litigation and arbitration experience and trial experience are preferred.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail is crucial.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Team player with a professional demeanor.
• Dependable and reliable with excellent attendance.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Pennsylvania bar.
