Duties

• Represent plaintiffs in a broad range of personal injury matters, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.
• Manage cases from initial consultation through trial, including discovery, depositions, and courtroom representation.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to personal injury litigation.
• Negotiate settlements and engage in mediation or arbitration to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Develop case strategies and provide clients with clear, effective legal guidance.
• Oversee case preparation, including working with investigators, expert witnesses, and medical professionals.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff to promote professional growth and case efficiency.
• Stay current with changes in personal injury laws and litigation trends.

Requirements

• 19 years of experience handling personal injury litigation on behalf of plaintiffs.
• Proven record of success in high-value settlements and trial verdicts.
• Strong litigation skills, including trial and courtroom experience.
• Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in California, in good standing.
