The candidate will prepare routine correspondence, read and route mail and electronic file maintenance. Prepare applications, responses and other patent prosecution documents for filing with United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and report filings to clients. Monitor, process and satisfy attorney dockets. Perform research and compile data as requested by attorneys, patent agents and client services specialists. Excellent communication, organizational skills, ability to work on several projects simultaneously, participation in on-going learning and development, and demonstration of initiative and mentoring teammates are essential. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is needed.
