Requirements

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in restructuring and insolvency.
• Proficiency in handling corporate and commercial restructurings.
• Experience with bankruptcy litigation and chapter 11 cases.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
