Duties

• Conduct legal and factual research and analysis.
• Assist with case management, development, valuation, and strategy.
• Draft legal documents for varied audiences.
• Engage in oral advocacy in diverse settings.
• Maintain frequent client interactions.

Requirements

• Barred in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and willing to sit for the California State Bar.
• Previous or current employment with an Am Law 100 or top accounting firm preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree.
• Juris Doctorate degree (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Analytical and time management skills.
• Superior judgment and proficiency in Excel.
• Comfortable working with numbers.
