Junior/Mid-level Litigation Associate

The candidate should preferably have 2-4 years of experience in the areas of general commercial litigation (working knowledge in banking and insurance coverage, a plus). Must have strong writing skills, ability to work independently and possess a strong, positive presence and advocacy ability. Stellar academics and research skills along with entrepreneurial drive and initiative are preferred. Nevada bar admission required. NV/CA Bar admissions a plus.
