Duties

• Draft and negotiate contracts.
• Support transactional matters, including practice acquisitions, joint ventures, and reorganizations.
• Conduct regulatory analyses involving Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, licensure, and reimbursement.
• Advise provider organizations, MSOs, and healthcare businesses on operational and compliance issues.
• Manage client relationships with professionalism and responsiveness.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in Michigan.
• 1-4+ years of experience in healthcare transactions, regulatory compliance, or corporate/M&A work involving healthcare clients.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in Michigan.
