The candidate will manage cases from inception to post trial. Will communicate with clients to keep them apprised of the status of cases to ensure that they stay currently updated. Make court appearances and handle mediation. Prepare pleadings, motions and other litigation documents. Prepare, review and respond to discovery. Perform and conduct a wide range of research as each case requires. Meet billing requirements. Should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar. Admission to New Jersey Bar is a plus. Must have 2+ years of relevant litigation experience.
