Duties

• Manage a variety of cases, including legal research and drafting pleadings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular updates.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on case strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
• Participate in professional development and pro bono work.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in M&A post-closing indemnity disputes.
• Experience with M&A transaction documentation and damages calculations.
• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
