Duties

- Work with institutional investors and conduit bond obligors in restructuring public finance debt.
Requirements
- Significant broad-based public finance experience.
- Substantive experience structuring bond transactions.
- Municipal bond real estate and UCC experience.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Admission to the state bar.
Skills
