Duties

• Assist in project finance and development transactions.
• Engage in limited recourse and structured financings.
• Collaborate with major corporations, private equity, and institutional investors.
• Work with banks and financial institutions on various finance matters.

Requirements

• Two to five years of relevant experience.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Law firm experience required.
• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction of hire.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
