A law firm in San Diego, CA is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of legal practice experience, specializing in civil litigation. The successful candidate will represent clients in civil litigation cases and provide strategic legal advice while collaborating with colleagues and support staff.

Job Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases from inception through trial
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis
• Draft and prepare various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and make recommendations
• Negotiate settlements and prepare for trial proceedings
• Collaborate effectively with a small team of colleagues and support staff
• Maintain a California Law License with No Disciplinary History
• Demonstrate proficiency in California Civil Procedure
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Trial experience is a plus

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of California
• 3+ years of legal practice experience, focusing on civil litigation
• Proficiency in California Civil Procedure
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Education and Certifications:
